Building fast, strong carbon wheels: that was our goal as we started our company FFWD Wheels in the year of 2006. Craftsmanship, high quality and durability are our most important values. In a few years of time FFWD Wheels has grown into a company with a global distribution network and a solid reputation.
All FFWD Wheels are handmade at our company in the Dutch town of Zwolle. Our wheel builders pay close attention to every wheel. This leads to wheels which are feather light and strong as iron: FFWD Wheels are no mass product. FFWD Wheels are of high quality, hand built in the Netherlands.
FFWD Wheels does not only produce high-end wheels for the road, we also build wheels for the track, triathlon and cyclocross.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.
We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
