Urban Motion Beelectric Electrical System:
The Santafixie E-RAVAL bicycle comes equipped with the Beelectric electric assistance system, which is easy to use and reversible. It features 5 modes of electric assistance and a non-electric mode. Its operation is very simple. Each mode provides progressive assistance, but if a significant reduction in speed is detected, approximately 5 km/h below the programmed level, it re-engages gently and almost imperceptibly, always below 25 km/h, which is the speed at which the assistance cuts off completely.
At first glance, the Santafixie E-RAVAL does not appear to be an electric bicycle, as the motor is mounted in the front wheel hub and the battery is discreetly housed as a bottle, removable for easy charging at the office.
Another benefit of the Beelectric system is its easy removability, allowing you to enjoy the advantages of an electric bicycle, but if you later want to remove it, you only need to change the front wheel to revert it back to a regular bike. The original frame of your bicycle remains intact and unmodified.
The Santafixie E-RAVAL is lightweight compared to other urban electric bikes, weighing only 16.5 kilograms. The frame and fork are made of Aluminum 6061, and the drivetrain we propose has a 46-tooth chainring and a 16-tooth cog, so you can move it easily and ride quickly. Additionally, we give you the freedom to choose from four different handlebars: riser handlebar, drop-bar handlebar, bullhorn handlebar, and straight handlebar.

This bicycle comes in a well protected box, about 80% assembled. The most complicated is already mounted from the factory and the rest is quite easy to do. You will have to place the front wheel, the pedals, the saddle and adjust the handlebar.
At the top you will see a video where one of our mechanics explains in a few simple steps how to correctly assemble this. If you do not feel confident to finish the assembly, we recommend you take the bicycle to a nearby bicycle store/workshop for a specialist to complete the bicycle build.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
