To use the crank puller, start by removing the plastic ring on the outer side of the connecting rod using the four pins on the left side of the puller. Then, unscrew the nut from the inner side of the connecting rod with the plastic clamp. Thread the extractor with its right side onto the crank and use a hex key to unscrew the nut that holds the crank.
Once you've unscrewed the nut, screw the extractor, attached with its inner side to the crank nut, until it comes loose from the crank. With a diameter of 37-40mm, a thickness of 5.9mm, and a thread diameter of M30x1mm, this crank puller is suitable for a wide range of cranks.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
